Name change option

If you want to buy flight tickets but you’re concerned that the passenger(s) might change, add an option to change passenger’s name once for a non-refundable fee starting from €9.99 per passenger per direction depending on your ticket type. This service can only be added when making a booking on airbaltic.com or via Call centre.

Terms and conditions

  • This service can only be purchased at the time of booking flights on airBaltic.com or via airBaltic Call centre.
  • For a Economy FLEX/Business EXPERIENCE ticket type the non-refundable name change option is €9.99 per passenger per direction if bought on airbaltic.com and €14.99 if bought via Call Centre. For a Economy BASIC/Economy CLASSIC ticket type non-refundable name change option is €14.99 per passenger per direction.
  • A name change request must be submitted via the Online payment form no later than 24 hours prior to the departure of your scheduled flight.
  • Name change is allowed on completely unused tickets and the passenger’s type (adult, child, senior etc.) is not changeable (e.g. it’s not possible to change a children’s ticket to an adult’s ticket).
  • Each passenger that has purchased name change option, can request change separately.
  • All services purchased together with your ticket will be transferred to the new passenger, except for travel insurance or any other service that is passenger specific.
