Terms and conditions of SIXT car rental

  • You can book this service while purchasing your tickets on airBaltic.com or on www.sixt.com/airbaltic

  • To earn airBaltic Club points, you must present your membership number 

  • Your earned points will be credited to your account within four weeks of returning the car. 

  • SIXT car rental is always assigned to main passenger (first entered passenger during booking process) 

  • To rent a car passenger must be at least 18 years old 

  • Passenger will receive a confirmation email from SIXT within 24 hours 

  • No payment for car rental will be taken by airBaltic during booking process, payment must be done during car pickup directly with SIXT 

  • After purchase, you can view your SIXT booking at any time by logging in to your SIXT Manage Booking 

  • In case of flight date/time changes or cancelation customer must contact SIXT directly to change or cancel the initial SIXT rental, no amendments will be done by airBaltic 

  • To change or cancel car reservation, customer must contact SIXT directly or do changes in SIXT Manage Booking 

  • airBaltic doesn’t take any responsibility or liability for service provided by SIXT

AUTOVERMIETUNG KG), please understand that for the purpose of submitting the car reservation, you authorize airBaltic to share the following personal data with SIXT: title, name, surname, e-mail address, phone number and your booking reference number.
  • Please be informed that when booking a service with SIXT, you are acknowledging and agreeing that SIXT shares the following personal data with airBaltic: name, surname, car pick-up location, and airBaltic club number (if you have shared one with SIXT). This data processing is conducted for the purpose of granting airBaltic Club points to you, as well as for settlement purposes and to facilitate the performance of the contract between SIXT and airBaltic.

 

2. Booking the service using the widget on the airBaltic website  

  • Please be aware that if you choose the service offered by Meili Travel Technology Ltd. (Ireland), which is displayed in the widget on our website, you will be entering your data for this reservation directly into the external car rental platform of Meili Travel Technology Ltd. (Ireland). Meili Travel Technology Ltd. (Ireland) is an independent data controller, who only shares the car rental booking information with SIXT GMBH & CO. AUTOVERMIETUNG KG not airBaltic.
  • Please be informed that when booking a service with SIXT, you are acknowledging and agreeing that SIXT shares the following personal data with airBaltic: name, surname, car pick-up location, and airBaltic club number (if you have shared personal data with SIXT or Meili, who shared the data with SIXT). This data processing is conducted for the purpose of granting airBaltic Club points to you, as well as for settlement purposes and to facilitate the performance of the contract between SIXT and airBaltic, based on a legitimate interest.
