Terms and conditions of Captain Planie's Easter game

Campaign organizer: Air Baltic Corporation AS (registration number: 40003245752; legal address: Tehnikas 3, International Airport Riga, Mārupes county, LV-1053).

Campaign period: 05.04.2023 – 10.04.2023

Prize list:
  • 15 EUR flight discount vouchers;
  • 1x round-trip tickets with airBaltic in Economy class for two to any direct airBaltic destination.
To take part in the prize draw of Captain Planie's Easter game:
  • Participant must be at least 16 years old;
  • Player must be a member of airBaltic Club loyalty programme;
  • Person must subscribe to airBaltic newsletter;
  • By signing up for and participating in the airBaltic Club, you agree that airBaltic will send you news and offers based on your personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, airBaltic Club membership number). airBaltic is the airline, Air Baltic Corporation AS, Reg.   • Air Baltic Corporation AS employees cannot participate in the campaign.

Terms of receiving the prizes

15 EUR flight discount voucher:
  • Received e-voucher code will be displayed on the screen once participant ends the game and enters the e-mail address;
  • Each participant can receive one e-voucher code within this campaign regardless of the amount of played game matches;
  • Only 1 flight discount voucher can be used for the same booking, voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers;
  • Discount applies only on airBaltic round-trip flights for one passenger;
  • Flight booked with this e-voucher must be booked no later than on April 10, 2023 and flown between 1 June, 2023 and October 29, 2023.
  • Discount does not apply to the lowest price category booking classes T, F, V.
  • Voucher can be used only once and cannot be sold, refunded or exchanged for money;
  • To redeem the voucher, voucher’s code must be entered when booking a flight on airBaltic.com. Voucher code needs to be entered in the first step of booking process - section "I have a gift card / discount code".
Free flight certificate:
  • Participant can apply to take part in the prize draw until April 10, 2023;
  • The winner will be randomly selected on April 12, 2023;
  • We will contact the winner personally by sending a flight certificate via e-mail registered for the lottery. A masked e-mail address of the winner will also be published at www.airbaltic.com/planiesgame;
  • The prize includes Economy class round-trip tickets for two to any direct airBaltic operated flight. Flights must be operated by airBaltic and both tickets have to be used together on the same flights;
  • Hand luggage (1 standard piece 55x40x23cm + 1 personal item 30x40x10cm, maximum overall weight of both pieces – 8kg) and 1 piece of checked baggage (100x50x80 cm, 23kg) is included in each adult ticket price;
  • Certificate will be valid until April 11, 2024 and can be used only once. Validity period of certificate applies for both travel and redemption period and cannot be prolonged;
  • Name change is not permitted;
  • Flight date or time change is permitted before departure (additional fees and conditions may apply);
  • Tickets cannot be sold or refunded;
  • Flights do not count towards airBaltic Club membership level, airBaltic Club points are not awarded for the flights and service class upgrade for existing bookings is not permitted;
  • Certificate must be exchanged for flight tickets at least 3 days before preferred departure date, however we recommend to do that in a timely manner;
  • The availability of certificate tickets is limited and seats for popular routings or shortly before departure could be unavailable;
  • All other fees related to receiving the prize (including transport, delivery, transaction fee and others) must be paid by the winner of the prize;
