Flight cancellations FAQs

We are closely following the latest information and restrictions imposed by all countries we are flying to. Due to Covid-19 and its effects, sometimes we are forced to cancel flights. Read more about what you can do if your flight gets cancelled here.

In the event of any flight change or cancellations, we proactively inform affected passengers by sending information on changes and alternatives individually via e-mail.

If, due to the increased prevalence of coronavirus, flight to a particular destination has been cancelled less than 14 days before its scheduled departure, we offer an opportunity to rebook the flight to another date or change the route to reach the destination. There is also an opportunity to rebook flights to an alternative destination. If you do not want to change either date or route or destination, we offer the option to receive a refund in the form of our gift card or bank transfer.
