Infants under two years of age without a seat receive a 90% discount on fares (excluding airport taxes and surcharges). When buying a roundtrip ticket, please make sure that infant will still be under two years of age on the date of the return flight. Otherwise, please, buy separate tickets for the outbound and return journeys.
An infant must be at least seven days old on the departure date to travel on an airBaltic flight. The infant must be accompanied by an adult, and the adult must be at least 16 years old to be able to accompany the infant. One adult can accompany a single infant.
If you book an infant ticket he/she will not have his/her own seat on board. However, if you need a separate seat for your baby, please book the applicable child's fare.
Please note that on flights operated by Bombardier Q400 aircraft we accept no more than four infants and on flights operated by Boeing or Bombardier CS300 aircraft we accept no more than 10 infants.
Child/infant car type seats or other restraint systems aren't authorized for use on airBaltic flights.
